Privacy Policy

Pritam Mentor (“we”, “us”) is a 1-on-1 mentorship program run by Pritam Kamble. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

What we collect

Waitlist form: full name, WhatsApp number, email, college or company, and your selected track/level.
Candidate portal (after you're invited): daily progress logs, mock interview notes and scores, resume, and project links you choose to add.
Employer accounts: name, email, company, and job openings you post.
Automatically: basic site analytics (pages visited, device type) via Vercel Web Analytics — this doesn't use tracking cookies or follow you across other sites.

Why we collect it

To review your waitlist application and contact you about it; to run the mentorship program if you're invited as a candidate; to match you with relevant job openings; and to improve the program based on aggregate, anonymized usage.

How we contact you

If you join the waitlist, we may reach out via WhatsApp, phone call, or email about your application. We don't sell your contact details or share them with third parties for their own marketing.

Where your data lives

Data is stored with Supabase, access-controlled by role (candidate, employer, admin). We send email via Resend and message over WhatsApp via Meta's platform. These providers only receive what's needed to deliver a message or store your record — we don't share your data with them for any other purpose.

Job listings

Some openings shown on /jobs are sourced from public postings on company career pages and job boards, not submitted directly by the employer. We check for genuine, current listings before publishing them, but we don't guarantee accuracy — always verify directly with the employer before applying, and never pay a fee to apply for a job.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time — message us on WhatsApp and we'll act on it within a reasonable time.

Retention

We keep waitlist and candidate data for as long as needed to run the program, or until you ask us to delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
